Calibration Checker
The SpeedMaster is a test instrument designed
to check the function and calibration of all
types of Synatel speed monitors. The
system consists of the SpeedMaster hand held
instrument and PulsePilot transducer. By inserting
the PulsePilot between the target and speed
monitor, the actual shaft speed can be displayed.
The unit can then override the signal from the
target injecting a speed which can be reduced
(or increased) in 1% steps to allow the actual
trip speed of the sensor to be determined. The
SpeedMaster can also be used to calibrate Synatel
sensors to any desired speed if the automatically
calibrated speed is not suitable.

for use with Inductive/Capacitive Sensors.
Suitable for use with all Synatel capacitive,
inductive proximity sensors, speed monitors
and also for use with temperature or pressure
sensors. ATEX approved, complete with ATEX glands
and mounting bracket. Up to 5 core cable connections,
10A 250V. Ideal for extending sensor and other
cables within ATEX hazard areas.1D/Zone 20 rated.
ROTASTOP
SU1MZ(A) STOPPED MOTION MONITOR
An
18mm diameter, fully self contained unit, incorporating
a proximity sensor & associated stopped
motion circuitry. The unit detects a stud on
a shaft and the output maintains it's 'on' state
whilst the target is moving. Ideal for chain
or gear driven shafts. ATEX approved. Photograph
shows unit mounted on Whirligi WG1 attachment.
A 2 wire, FET output - PU1TZ(A)I or a 5 wire
relay output - PU1TR(AI) underspeed sensor.
The unit detects a stud or bolt on a shaft and
indicates a fault condition if the input speed
reduces by 20% or more below set running speed.
Ideal for belt driven applications. ATEX 1D

ROTAMATIC
PU1DR(A) UNDERSPEED MONITOR
A
DIN standard limit switch packaged underspeed
monitor with relay output. Output given if input
speed reduces by 20% or more by customer programmed
speed setting. Programmable start-up delay,
allows machinery to achieve normal running speed.

MODUSTOP
LSM48 STOPPED MOTION MONITOR
Non-contact,
solid state unit. 48mm DIN enclosure. Adjustable
input signal time delay with relay output. Works
with any synatel inductive sensor plus sensors
with npn transistor or contact output. Ideal
for gear and chain driven applications.
MODUSLIP
RMR48/T UNDER/OVER SPEED MONITO
An
Underspeed or Overspeed module in a 48mm DIN
standard enclosure. Single pushbutton calibration
for set running speed and start-up delay. Unit
signals a fault condition at 20% from set running
speed. Under or overspeed operation selected
by a link.
WHIRLIGIG
WG1 SPEED MONITORING ATTACHMENT
A
low cost, fully contained speed monitoring attachment,
allowing easy fitting of all Synatel 18/30mm
diameter & DIN standard limit switch style
inductive proximity sensors/speed monitors.
Simple M12 fixing. Targets are fully enclosed
and require no further guarding. ATEX mechanical
approval. Magnetic mounting available as an
option.

Heavy
