STEP-A-MATIC
SML1A ROTARY PADDLE LEVEL PROBE
The
Step-a-Matic is a patented rotary paddle level
probe using a new and unique gearless &
clutchless drive system.
The Stepamatic utilises a direct drive stepper
motor eliminating the need for gearboxes &
clutches, and makes the drive virtually indestructible
It also allows the motor to rotate in both direction,
to avoid compaction of light material. Variable
torque setting allows one paddle to suit virtually
all applications, and paddles can be extended
upto 2m in length. Torque & Rotation are
monitored for fail-to-safe operation. ATEX
1D Explosive Dust Hazard use.
Fixed
point capacitive level control suitable for
detecting liquids, powders & granular solids.
Automatic high/low level calibration with full
manual override. LED display shows calibration
& run mode readings. Power shield compensator,
prevents false signalling due to material build-up
on probe rod. Available with long or short power
shirld, flush probe mounting or with clear viewing
lid (display is visible through viewing windows
to avoid cover removal). ATEX 1D Explosive Dust

DIGIMATIC
DMR2A REMOTE CAPACITANCE LEVEL PROBE
Capacitance level control system, consists of
3 parts: Control unit DRC205(A), signal Transverter
DCT2AA. Probe head/probe, type depends upon
application/temperature. RPP1(polyproylene)
upto 125°C, RPK1 (PEEK) upto 250°C.
LED display shows calibration & run mode
readings. Power shield compensator, prevents
false signalling due to material build-up on
probe rod. The DMR2 is ideal for all level control
application where vibration and/or temperature
prevent the use of a fully self contained controller.

Resistance
level control probe, fully self contained. Especially
suited for use with highly conductive, sticky
materials such as carbon black, treacle, molasses
etc.
Measuring range covers 500 ohms to 20K ohms.
Powershield to automatically compensate for
build up of conductive material around probe,
preventing false signalling. (Probe
rods detailed at the bottom of this screen).
RLL48
MODULAR RESISTANCE LEVEL SYSTEM
Consists
of control module (panel mountable) and separate
probe unit. Two probes can be used with one
control module to provide sequence filling/emptying
over given distance. Choice of high level control
(RLM48/T) or low level control (RLM48/LT). Adjustable
time delay prevents spurious operation from
liquid splashing. (Probe rods

of this screen). Version also available
for use with carbon black/molasses. (RLM4 -

PROBE
RODS
Probe
rods and wire rope (with weight) for use
with most Synatel probe housings. Solid
rods are manufactured from 303 S31 stainless
steel, 10 metre wire rope is 316 stainless
steel, weight and other fittings are 303
stainless steel. Tapped M12 mounting thread.
