Diploma management course Last year, 6 SYNATEL employees studied a management course to diploma level ILM3. All 6 passed. Congratulations to: Lee Elson Natalie Watson Ashley Evans Lukasz Wozniak James Shaw Steve Wright Ashley, James and Steve are continuing with ILM5 next (started). Lee is considering CIPS course and Andrew Titterton is starting the ILM3.
