2 wire design, working on 24-240V ac/dc supplies and output of
200mA. Operating range is 8mm max.
D versions have output on when sensing material. E version have
output off when sensing material.

5 wire design, working on 10-30V dc supplies and output of 30V
dc/100mA max. Operating range is 8mm max. Output state is selectable
by supply reversal.
